He was usually picked on at school, and being the biggest Spider-Man fan, he identified himself as Spider-Man's alter ego, Peter Parker. His schooling included Priory Preparatory School and City of London Freemen's School. The school also included an institution called the Central School of Speech and Drama as well as the University of London. The desire to act grew following the realization that he wasn't concerned about studying business anymore. In 2005, he began his career as a professional actor and featured in "Sugar Rush," an British show. Two years later he landed his first major lead role in the feature film "Boy A." in which he plays a troubled boy trying to get back on track after spending time in prison. In addition, he was in "The Social Network,"" in the role of the lead, and later in the movie "The Amazing Spider-Man." In addition to being able to take on a variety of roles, He was given the role of lead actor in the historical production "Silence" in 2016. The actor won numerous awards like those for the BAFTA Award, Tony Award as well as an A.A.C.T.A. Award for 'Best Actor' after his performance on the film "Hacksaw Ridge." As well as these accolades, he was awarded several Oscar nominations as well as the chance to work with actors like Sam Worthington, Campbell Scott as well as the first Spider-Man, Tobey Maguire.
